  1. 6110 - Changes
Minimum FICO for Stated raised to 680
Stated CLTV 90% for O/O  and CLTV 80% 2nd homes
Full Doc O/O still to 100%  2nd home & NOO 90%
 
  1. 6143 and 6144 OK to use  (variations of the 6142  - 3.5 & 4% below note rate minimum payment   O/O only – higher FICOs required.
 
  1. 6145 is  Community No MI  -  should be finished this week.
 
  1. 6146  Choice 2nd  - can go up to 95% behind 6142, 6143 and 6144 for O/O 1-2 Unit Transactions except cash out refis.  Should also be done this week.
