Lock your loans with confidence at Direct Mortgage until midnight Pacific time (3:00 am EDT). When rates improve, you can easily request a float down directly from our DirectWare®system. Simply click the button at the bottom of the lock confirmation screen within DirectWare and select your new rate.
You won't need to fax anything or talk to anyone.
Locks: Available online until 12:00 am Pacific (3:00 am EDT).
Float Downs: Available online until 3:00 pm Pacific (6:00 pm EDT).
