Wed, Jun 25th - Date for Signing the Closing Documents
Refinances - last day for signing refinances.
Fri, Jun 27th - Return of Closing Documents Required by this Date
Refinances - Closing Packages must be received from Title or Escrow by this date;
Purchases - Closing Packages must be received from Title or Escrow by this date;
**Deadline date is not applicable in wet funding states.

Remember to send in complete condition files.
Conforming conventional loans over 95% LTV have been discontinued.

Starting this week- The Online Closing Doc Order Form will be required before the underwriting staff can provide a final approval. This requirement will be implemented this week. . . . This will allow us to speed up your underwriting turn time, provide more efficient closings, and prepare your files for the upcoming e-signatures.
Loan program 6166 no longer allows stated documentation. Full documentation is now required.
Loans over $1 Million require: Two (2) full appraisals; A minimum FICO® of 700; And allow the Max LTV to be 80%.
