Direct Mortgage is STILL accepting seller-funded Down Payment Assistance (DPA) loans! These loans must fund by September 29th, 2008. As such, we recommend that you get your files in ASAP!
Help ensure your loans fund in time by submitting them today. The absolute last day to submit is this Friday, September 19th, 2008. All loans MUST be funded by September 29th, 2008 regardless of their lock expiration*.
Please note that all loan programs with seller-funded Down Payments Assistance are subject to a 50 bps price add on.
